Brookes & Gibson operate from two printing plants. One is located at Southend, Essex and one at Southall, Middlesex. Each plant specializes in particular areas as shown by the infrastructure deployed at each of these plants. The printing for each product is assigned to one of these plants but a smaller print run for the same product is routinely done at the alternative plant also.
Dual printing operations secure not only availability of capacity but also familiarity of personnel with each product and readiness of equipment and processes in case of an unexpected disaster recovery situation.
Both plants are operated in partnership with specialist printing organizations Formara Limited and Stroma Limited. At each location dedicated plant capacity is exclusively deployed for Brookes & Gibson which is supplemented by additional resources which are available on tap.
